SHIPPING POLICY

Aurénce is Australian owned and operated, and we ship Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from Port of Brisbane, QLD. We currently ship within Australia only.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST are dispatched within 1 business day (allow up to 2 business days during sale periods). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Carrier
We ship with Australia Post.

Delivery times
Standard delivery: 2–8 business days.
Express delivery: 1–3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.
