These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aurence.net (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Aurénce Pty Ltd ("Aurénce", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable laws.
Products and cosmetic use
Aurénce products are cosmetic skincare products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not medical advice. We recommend a patch test before first use of any product; discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult a qualified practitioner. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Allergies and ingredients
Ingredients may change from time to time. Customers should always refer to the ingredient list on the product packaging before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review the full ingredient list carefully and consult a qualified practitioner if you are unsure.
Orders and acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, where a product is unavailable or there is an error in pricing or product information); if we do, we will refund any amount paid for the cancelled order. We take care to display our products and their colours accurately, but appearance may vary slightly between screens and batches.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and any promotional offers may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Our returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For any issue with your order, contact us at info@aurence.net and we will make it right in line with those rights.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the AURÉNCE name, logo, product names, images and text — is owned by or licensed to Aurénce Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Discount codes and promotions
Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited (for example, to one use per customer). We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the price paid.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
