Aurénce Pty Ltd ("Aurénce", "we", "us") operates aurence.net. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit our site or purchase from us. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect information including your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment details ("Order Information"). Payment card details are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment providers — we do not store your full card details. When you browse our site, we also automatically collect certain device information (such as IP address, browser type, time zone and cookies) that helps the site function and helps us understand how visitors use our store.
How we use your information
We use Order Information to fulfil orders (including processing payment, arranging shipping and providing invoices and order confirmations), communicate with you, screen for potential risk or fraud, and — where you have opted in — provide you with information or marketing relating to our products. We use device information to improve and optimise our site.

We share personal information with third parties only to operate our store: Shopify Inc., which powers our online store; payment processors, to process transactions; shipping carriers, to deliver your order; and analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta, as described above. We may also share information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests, or otherwise protect our rights.
