Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide. Aurénce is currently available exclusively within Australia, dispatched from Port of Brisbane, QLD.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST are dispatched within 1 business day (allow up to 2 business days during sale periods). We ship with Australia Post: Standard delivery takes 2–8 business days, and Express takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?

What are peptides and why do you use them?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as messengers in the skin. Our range is built around Copper Tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu), one of the most researched peptides in skincare, supported by ceramides, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid — ingredients with established scientific support.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and barrier-supportive. Every product page lists suitable skin types and the full ingredient list (INCI). Ingredients may change from time to time, so please always refer to the ingredient list on the packaging before use. We recommend a patch test before first use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
Can I use Aurénce products with injectables or other treatments?
Our products are designed for everyday cosmetic use and are popular with customers who also have professional treatments. For guidance around specific treatments or timing, please consult your practitioner.
Are your products made in Australia?
Aurénce is Australian owned and operated, based in Port of Brisbane. Our products are manufactured in China to our specifications, with full ingredient transparency on every product page.
What order should I apply my products in?
Cleanse with the Multi-Ceramides Cleanser, apply the 1% Copper Tripeptide Serum to clean dry skin, then finish with the 3x Pro-Collagen Moisturiser. The Multi-Peptide Eye Cream is your final step in the evening, and the 0.5% GHK-Cu Scalp Serum is applied to the scalp in the evening — no rinsing required.
What is your returns policy?
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging (return postage at the customer's cost). Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
